Russell M. Fulcher (born March 9, 1963) is a Republican member of the Idaho Senate, representing the 21st District (Meridian) since 2005. He is currently the Majority Caucus Vice Chairman. He received both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business at Boise State University.

Early Life and Career

Russell M. Fulcher is a fourth generation Idahoan born in Boise, Idaho and raised in Meridian, Idaho. Mr. Fulcher is married to Mrs. Kara Fulcher and together they have three children. Mr. Fulcher received both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business from Boise State University in 1984 and 1988 respectively. He also completed a course on Electronic Engineering through Micron Technology. In 2005 Senator Fulcher was elected to the Idaho State Senate representing Idaho's 21st Legislative District which encompasses Meridian, ID.

When not attending to legislative duties, Mr. Fulcher works in the commercial real estate business. Prior to that, he logged 24 years in Idaho’s Technology Industry, focusing much of that time on International Business.
